Id say he did a fine job getting it out. The bumper was already destroyed, only thing that i see that he damaged was the mirror which there was probably no way he would have gotten the car out without taking the mirror off. When a car is on its side like that things are going to get damaged getting it back on its wheels.

Sucks about your car, im a little surprised its not being totaled by the insurance. Good luck getting your car back soon.

One of my wrecks a couple of years ago. T-boned an Impala that turned in front of me while I was doing 50mph. Tore off my right thumb, snapped my index finger and generally turned my hand into a meat puppet. Have more, gorier pics from before the surgery but this one will do. The only wrecks I've had were on bikes, and almost always a cagers fault. For a while I felt like a wreck magnet. Ride a lot less now, and the impetus for me getting the Camaro in the first place. Wifey hates that I ride, and actually floated the idea while we were shopping for her Equinox, and test drove a loaner Camaro. She doesn't even care that I wash and wax the car all the time, I guess it's better doing that rather than riding and getting whacked lol.
Aggies fan I see. Woot!

That would be pretty funny. A line of Camaro drivers outside city hall wanting a piece of the mayor for those faded white lines and tilted road signs that goofed us all up in the rain.

Damned city never could fix a pothole properly anyway!

Last Saturday I was driving down a beautiful back road in said beautiful car. Unfortunately for my car, however, it had rained earlier that morning. I ended up hydroplaning off a bad curve onto a hill, hitting a stump or something, doing a 180, then landing sideways in a ditch. It's pretty depressing for me because it's my first nice car, and I absolutely love it. The body shop said I should have it back in around 3 weeks.

So, does anyone else have stories of their Camaro wrecks they want to share?
The road looks dry, how did you "hydroplane".
BTW, the "black box" will tell you exactly what happened.

With or without signs, it's usually pretty obvious when you need to slow down on curvy roads.

that car is never going to look or feel the same ever again. Sad your insurance didn't just total it and you get most of your $ back and get a new one.

From the looks of it, the mirror was the only thing keeping your car from rolling over onto its roof.

what kind of tires do you have on it???? They look like they had good tread, Just wondering if they are Summer tires, ? If so that is more than likely why you were hydro-ing.
