Just keeping the thread going and my status updated... Hit 3400 on July 3rd. Car is on deck for production next week.. WOOHOO!

Tanabarley, at this point I wouldn't care if it came by wagon. I'm afraid all us 7-13 guys will be pushed back by the 6-25's that weren't produced.

I'm sure alot of those cars are sitting half produced on the line. Believe it or not just like when you finish work on fridays and stop midway through completion, assembly line workers stop on fridays with half a car built.

I dont agree because you and I and alot of other people with a TPW 7/13

most of us are at 3400 which means are cars are half built along with theirs!!

Same here 6/29 not produced. Went to 3400 on 6/25. I'd think the intended 7/13's are going to be pushed up a bit.

I think there's a more logical explanation for you 6/29 guys not being built yet. It was stated somewhere else, maybe this very thread but I'm at work right now and don't have time to do a lengthy search, that your cars may have been the ones left on the line when they shut down for vacation. I'm sure they don't completely empty the line before they go home. In other words, your cars could just be half built or maybe the last ones to be built but didn't get on a transport in time. This may be just wishful thinking on my part since I'm a 7/13'er and don't want to see my build pushed back.

I don't know about you guys, but I'm starting to see a linear relationship in that the closer I get to my car being built, the less stuff I'm getting done at work. I'm finding I'm on this site more and more often through the day and for longer periods of time. Dang, that would suck to be fired for lack of effort right as my car comes in...

Random observation from a fellow 7/13 TPWer. From what I'm reading in this news, would this mean we will be some of the first people to have cars both built and sold by the new GM?

(not that there's any difference or that it means anything, but it is historical)

6/29 TPW vs 7/13 TPW, getting pushed back a week, etc. etc. etc........

Everything you guys are blabbering and arguing about is just pure speculation.

One thing is for certain! 6/29 TPW guys falsely got their hopes up because the person who actually entered the TPW date for you guys made a typo...he meant to type in 7/20! So there, it is official, you "6/29" guys are really behind the 7/13 guys.

Guys, remember its a TPW, not a TPDay. Its a week...

I would gather that whats left from the TPWeek of 6/29, they would get built first around the 13th. And then us 7/13 people get built around the 16th or so.

It would be interesting to see the color break down for the 7-13s. I wonder if there is a pattern? Maybe a new poll? Anyone want to give it a go I have never set one up.
