Unwritten rule- really. I think criminal profiling is a tool used by police. But if we have a rogue cop out late at night stopping all women and no one else then I will also join in that fight also.

Got my first ticket yesterday, 56 in a 40. whoops.. Officer only said I was going 50 on the ticket so it was only $10 where I live. Very nice cop. But he busted me for my tint. 7% darker then they should be...
