If we leave at 8am, we can get to the I-5 rest stop by 8:15, then leave there at 8:30, should make Hennessey by 9:15ish.

Thoughts?
Scott, let's plan to leave the Carlsbad Outlet Mall this Saturday at 07:45 am, so we can get to the I-5 Rest Stop by 08:00 am. CCSD wants to leave there by 08:15 am...sound good? I will meet you at the Outlet Mall!

All DYNO Enthusiasts!

I have attached a "...DYNO #N" after each C5 member who has expressed interest in having a Dyno Pull, and in the order from this Thread. I do not know how many Hennessey will / can do...the Tour is 3 hours, plus I assume 1 hour for lunch, but they may very well have to limit to some number less than the 10 currently assigned.

Let's button it up for now, I got a call from the West Coast Sales Manager this morning and have to give them a number of cars and number of people to feed so they can plan accordingly (I'm scared to add up the numbers... )

No matter what, we'll all have a BLAST!

UPDATE! Just got off the phone with Ken at Hennessey...everyone wanting a DYNO Pull needs to be aware of a couple of things...

1) you will need to sign a RELEASE...your car should be 3 years old or newer, and have at most 35-40K miles on it, else there is increased risk of possible damage to it on the Dyno

2) each car is different, so don't expect the DYNO results to match your expectations

Ken will give a clear and concise explanation of "the process" for those interested...sounds like fun, and I for one will be filling up my iPhone with video this Saturday!

I'll talk to them about installing something to my car and if they can do it for me I'll give up my dyno spot I'll just do a before and after dyno to see how much of a increase it does

Well that scratches me off the list lol. I have 84,000 miles or something like that on it so far. Oh well, seeing a few on the dynos should still be cool! I will probably end up meeting with the OC crowd before heading out there.
