Sandy Hook benefit car show - May 3rd

It is a fairly good spot as not many people know there is extra parking in that area. (only the locals like me know) not very busy early in the morning.

Only a few people that work those buildings on the weekends park there. They don't take up many spots.

One way in and one way out of the parking area.

Got it, sounds like a good meet spot, although I was looking forward to making a big scene in the center again, like we did last year. It's all good though. I see a large parking lot over off of Woodruff Lane. What do you know or think about that. Looks easy to get too.

Jay, thats where Center School is and not alot of paking spaces.

We could still go with the original spot but depends on the total count of cars meeting up. Like I said, early morning would most likely be ok.

Later than 9am would be a problem with stores opening up and taking spots.

The start time for the show is 7:30am so I'm not sure on rally time with others coming in from across state out of state?

Thats why I talked about the spaces behind the buildings. Plenty of space and no pressure parking.

Around 8:30 and left around 9 but like Mike said might be a bunch of groups running that route so early would maybe work better? Like I said not knowing a final count of cars coming and where they are coming from might make the times different from the Litchfield show. That was a Sunday show also and not much action that time and day.

Anything from the NY, NJ clubs? Al said they were coming in for the show?

Yup that is the plan. Probably meet up Manchester/Vernon area off 84 and then cross the state. The southwestern CT guys will most like head up Rte 8, not sure what mike or Chet's route will be but we'll work it out.

Jay, here are a few shots of the back lot behind the buildings on Main Street I was talking about. Over 70 spaces for parking.
But Main street should be good too.
Work it out when theres a final list of who is coming along.

Is Charlie running down to Litchfield to run up to the track??
