SEC = Boring 'ball control' offense, designed to keep the score low = scewed defensive numbers.

Only ONE team in the SEC has played a contemporary, spread offense. And that team averaged 46 point per game against the rest of the SEC. Nuf Said.

It's true. Name one imaginative SEC offense other that Florida. I've heard Mark Richt, Nick Saban, Les Miles etc. all say that they like to keep the score low, play ball control, and just get a few big plays. Not saying the SEC isn't great, but just that the offense is a snoozer most of the time.

Defense makes games interesting...and thats what keeps them at bay...who likes a score at will offensive game (USC) thats boring..let them come play in the ACC and SEC...get those boys bruised up a little and see how they fair at the end of the season...its easy to do that sort of thing when you arent playing against a disciplined defense...once the SEC stops winning National Championships...maybe another conference will have a say so...but until then..they need to step it up...lmao..winning is winning

A win is a win is a win. Yes I agree. BUT my Sooners held the Gators to their lowest point total of the year. It's a myth that the SEC defense is the hands down best in the country. Now I DO agree about the PAC 1 (yes, I know it's the pac 10 but I only give them credit for one lol)
