I can actually post pictures on here now, here's mine.

Also, a question for the guys with the aftermarket billet plus shifter, the positive gear stops are adjustable, what degree of adjustability do you have & what effect does it have / how do you adjust it? I like the style better than stock, how much easier it is to change knobs, and that the throws are a little shorter even still, but I also don't want an increase in throw effort. Ideally, the adjustability would let me dial it back a little compared to the factory Hurst unit.

Here is mine, also I bought a Epco shift knob but mechanic said: Epco knob fits oem shift, oem knob fits Hurst shift, but Epco knob does't fit Hurst shit.

I have the hurst short throw installed from the factory and it says Hurst, short throw shifter $325 on my window sticker. And it has the hurst emblem on the actually shifter. Should my car have that badge on the back that says Hurst equipped on the back or is that after market?

Aftermarket. It's a reproduction of an emblem from the '60s. Can get it at several places.

Ya know I'm still a little upset, back in May 2009 someone dropped the ball and our SS isn't come with the ordered short throw Hurst. I still never heard why there was a production snafu.
