Those of you waiting for videos of this weekends event...
NASA Central @ Heartland Park Topeka The Helmet cam videos are MUCH better than the window mount. Dont worry. Next videos will be much better as I have figured out the solution I will do a full write up here soon...but, basically..i was outrunning a track prepped 1LE most of the weekend. Plug exploded. Going to boroscope it here in about an hour and see if any damage to the piston or cylinder.

I wonder if it was a defective plug or something? Yikes!
Crossing my fingers that nothing bad happened to the cylinder bore or piston. |

Well. She is down for the count.
Changed plugs and coils and still missing badly and skipping on start up. Low compression on cylinder 6. Taking the blower off and getting her trailered up to my dealer Gotta love pushing the limits while blowing by 5.0s and SS's! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

That sucks to hear. Were you just pushing too hard without supporting mods? Is it possible to dial back the boost a bit to keep them reliable?

I'm running 11.6psi. Topped at 9.6 that run however.
I have the supporting mods. I think it may have been heat related but since I wasn't datalogging no real way to know until we get in there Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
