I'd set your sites on 12.5 for now and work your way down to there, and then lower the goal.
Thanks John....I put my 99 on the scale @ 66 and it was 3660 with me in it. A couple weeks back, with a almost full tank and me in it the 10' was 4160.

With headers and a CAI ( 422 rwhp ) on the stock P-Zeros the car was in the 12.9 range. Hopefully I can wring better than a 12.5 out of it, but we'll see.

Took my IPSMotorsports built TT 2SS L99 car to the track yesterday. I was there to run my Corvette so I only made 1 pass (first ever in the car with the TT kit)

The car is 100% stock down to the tires other than the TT kit from IPSMotorsports.

I rolled out on the pass and then hit it. Ran 11.74@121 with a 1.9x 60'

When the car was stock with stock tires I was able to run high 1.7x's in the 60' on the street tires that came on the car. I believe that with a couple more passes I could have gone 11.50 or faster.

Let me get this straight. You're saying you cut 1.7 60's with a stock L99? I find that hard to believe. And so will every member on here. It's just impossible with a stocker.

It is also impossible to run 7's with an IRS but I do it all the time....

Just because you can't do it doesn't mean I can't.

Still learning my new set up and clutch but finally broke into the 11's but did it at 5900 ft elevation. Racing in Denver is way different no matter what the guys over on the official thread that run at low elevations always say.

You're one in a million. What can I say. Please elaborate on how so some of the other guys can share in you success. Maybe it's something I can use as well. Thanks!

I haven't been to the track yet with my new setup. But I'll be very happy with an 11.9

With a well prepped track its definitely possible.

Sometimes everything just goes right on a run and you literally hook perfectly.
