Thanks to both political parties you have men in women's changing rooms, open borders and no locks on dressing room doors. These are the values 80% of the world hates. Of course they have plenty of values the West hates. Like: Celebrating diversity is celebrating inferiority.

Look up The Pareto Distribution. Applicable to everything.

Curious, when does the "15% Ethanol, Your Camaro, Should We Care?" discussion begin?

It has. 15% Ethanol is one part of shutting down the fossil fuel industry in the US. Keystone and leases and so called sanctions all designed to make gas ever more expensive. Too expensive for more and more of the US population. Take a lesson from Holden. Out of business due to Green Party legislation. "Should we care?" As new car sales fall because production has fallen (not vice versa), it's also part of shutting down the fossil fuels industry. Holden died from domestic policy. What is US domestic policy doing?

Ideological change! Environmental policies sound great and probably are prudent in some form but when people learn the cost.....it just isn't completely practical in our standard of living. A balance has to be reached for now anyway.

Idealogues don't do "balance". As in Australia, the majority thought "it can't happen here", underestimating the fanatical Greens. No more than 3% of 1917 Russia were Bolsheviks, but that 3% were fanatics and the Soviet Union was born. The majority thought it can't happen here. "Wrong guess, Hans"
Biden killed Keystone on day one of his Presidency and the majority thought gas prices would not go up over a dollar a gallon in a year. They did and the sanctions lies will drive them higher and by the standards of 1970, the US inflation rate is 21%. Ethanol is more expensive way beyond that. Just facts.

I'm thinking there weren't 300 million guns in 1917 Russia. Just think if those guys on Jan 6th had brought their guns, and you know they owned a bunch.

it would be ugly, thats for sure, think of the poor bastards in the service that swore to uphold and protect, and now they are facing an armed insurrection made up of friends and neighbors.if they complete their duty they are slaughtering civilians with automatic weapons...kind of like the war in ukraine now.but it could happen.the tree of democracy is occaisionally refreshed with the blood of patriots.

Yea but let’s remember they brainwash the kids into becoming cold blooded killers. Of course you have to be, but it’d be something to see if they go against the government and join the people (because 9/10 they wouldn’t be put in their neighborhoods but states away from it) or guard the government buildings from being overrun by its people. I’m betting the latter would happen…

You mean like how those 300 million with guns reacted to the riots the last 8 years?

Man, I have resisted perpetuating the delinquency of my forum child here because I got the censor hammer once but Scotavo has a point. I count myself among the gun 'initiated' but there is a huge difference between having them, amassing the forces (that are spread throughout 50 states) and actually using them in the form of a real revolution. It would be a logistical nightmare unless we all faced an outside threat en masse with a common cause.

Let's just make the leap - and I know it's becoming a larger chasm, that we can still bring about change at the ballot box. I know, good luck. Real revolution and change doesn't come without strife and bloodshed. Perhaps these 'social media' forums are the modern day taverns and roadhouses akin to where our original revolution took place.

And if that doesn't work, we circle the Camaros and go to Plan B.

let some foreign power come here and try to rule by force.enough people in this country have weapons and know how to use them that it would cost them dearly.
