The biggest, baddest SC's, here's the 8.3 liter top entry version on the LS7 intake manifold.

Question: What chassis dyno do you guys own at your facility in fresno? Does Whipple actually own their own Chassis dyno? I have heard from members that you do not own one, but since were conversing on this thread, i figured I'd ask you personally.
We have a dynojet chassis dyno, Superflow engine dyno, custom built SC dyno and Land and Sea propshaft dyno.

It was a stock motor that they put a stock cam from another LS motor, and I don't have the specs in front of me, but it was a OEM cam. Forged pistons because it was going in a sand rail, same for the 10-rib system. 10-rib doesn't make more power, it's 8" for good surface area, but you just change the top pulley accordingly, again, no power. This was a pieced together motor with very little changes for power. So yes, I do consider it almost stock.

If you told me ten years ago we would be able to do that I would say the same thing, so it's completely understandable.

Granted that will never happen with any roots or screw blower on a stock bottom end, but it can be done with a centrifugal.

Here is an example of a car that happens to be the fastest std C6 on the CF, and it has (and still has) it's stock engine in it with a blower cam. It makes 790 rwhp threw an automatic.

The complete mod list;

ECS Novi 2200 Paxton kit with 8 rib upgrade.
ECS LS2 blower cam
ECS alky kit
ECS Fuel system
RPM level 5 trans
3600 stall converter
3.42 rear
American Racing headers

Everything else is 100% stock including the mufflers, and the vehicle is full weight, both stock seats etc etc etc.

.
My bad for calling but that is truely AMAZING. I mean 9's on the stock shortblock is wicked sick insane. You guys must really know how to tune. Did you guys do the tuning on all those 700RWHP and up beast? If so Im coming to you guys after blower install

Yes, we've had load control for years. We also built, about 10 years ago, a load control trailer system that we use to go up and down the mountains and city to apply loads. Pretty trick, air controlled brakes that you control from in the cab. We have a unique area, we can go up and down 6500 feet so we can actually test for all applications.

Sorry for the hijack.

Too late anyway. My GTO is for sale and I'm getting a Camaro.

Could you also please PM me what the KB kits will be going for? My GTO is Maggied and I don't know how long I'll be able to handle the Camaro in its NA form. I'm hooked on the torque of a PD blower.

Nice times!! If we can get stock block Magnums (4500lbs) running 10.30's, theres no reason in hell you cant get a stock block Vette running in the 9's.!
