It's not that I don't believe a GT can achieve those times, it's the way he has posted it. You don't run off at the mouth spouting what your Mustang can do, he has ran up in here and in less then 5 posts is already faster then 90% of the fast list. I just want to see proof, and he can list his mods while he's at it.

i run my mouth cuz im tired of reading (most) of the camaro yo-yos BS. im not making excuses for the 2010, it handled better, braked within 4 feet, and M/Ts test car was .5 slower. it was underpowerd, but now the stang isnt, and you guys cant stand it!! lol.
i like them all, ive owned 4 ls1 fbodys and love the motor, but i like the underdog and listining to (most) of you guys pout and think there SS is the mustang slayer......WRONG.

search ALL OF MY THREADS, youll see the progresion of my car. also, walker muffler and a few others on this site are friends of mine so i know the potential of the SS, but most of the SS world doesnt have a clue how to use it, that also holds true in the mustang world.

Haha, no offense to mr. mrray, but you have a mid 14 second v-6 camaro...you're not gonna beat a v-8 mustang unless they're blind when the light goes green, ESPECIALLY in the 1/8th mile. Sure you might have beaten some guy at his first time at the strip, but your vehicle will have a hard time with stock g35's and nissan altima's....the mustang gt is in a class with the ss.

Nope, don't need a tissue, stud. I'm glad you built the car you like. Good for you. Still doesn't give you a reason to run your mouth over here without showing proof, especially in the way you did it. You want to be an ass, great, that's you. Nope. My car is quite a bit quicker then mid 14s, pushing 13s. Yep, I've beaten several GTs, surely all of them stock, although a few modded ones have fouled. Even beat a c4 Corvette. There is even a stock 08, IIRC GT in the car club I'm in, best it's gone is 9.6, I'll have to look it up, see if the time shows.

While defintely not the fastest, this car makes bigger cars work. Even a 2010 LS3 only gets me by 3 tenths, and has to drive around me. His dad's 4th gen SS kicks my ass by a full second though, lol.

Say what you will, lol. I know what it runs, who I've beat and gotten beaten by. It happens. There is even an Accord that shows up that beats the SS by .5, the turbo sounds wicked as it spools. It happens, get over it, lol

didnt realize youed have to join....thats n/a. panties arent in a wad, just pointing out the facts. just like for some god aweful reason over half the camaro board doesnt listen when the editor of m/t says they added the srt-8 because of the mopar nuts....they agreed it wasnt fair to test em, but givin that, the srt-8 is a nice car. i origanlly was gonna buy one but they wouldnt budge on the price even though they were going bankrupt...go figuere.
my car has a stall, gears, pulley, no cats, and a tune. no headers, stock mufflers, stock CAI, etc....alot left on the table. 3700lbs

I cannot beleive that the mustang was their first pick. I looked at them when I was shopping and they are so boring inside, resale value sucks, etc. I love my Camaro and would not trade it for the Dodge or Ford.
