I just thought it was funny it was happening here, and not on a Mopar or Mustang forum...

my post wasnt meant to offend you and i wasnt directing negative words towards you if thats what you were thinking. i think having people that drive other cars brings diversity to opinions here and makes for great discussions even if it isnt things some people dont want to hear.

Oh come on, it's all playful bashing. Inevitably he'll bring up the anemic 2v that's been in the GT's since the 4.6 came out and we'll all get a good laugh.

You guys need some thicker skin. Still got a lot of love for the Challenger. By the best stock exhaust on any of the current Pony's, and looks.

You can put a jet engine on a lumber wagon and it's still a lumber wagon...

Went to the Dodge website and they're offering 1.9 APR on the Challengers plus $2K in "bonus dollars" that can be used towards things like maintenance, merchandise or performance parts.

that would be cool if weight reduction was an option. but 2K is a healthy sum of money for performance parts.

I looked at the details...most of the MOPAR parts in the program are things like ambient lighting, or cool electronic gadgets to add like stereos or GPS...the only real performance parts available are a cold air intake and suspension. They really should just have a $2,000 rebate.

Fords Modular has done better (8 times from 2000-2009) but that aint the point (or the fact that chevys only been in there 1 time since 2000, with their 6.0). The point is that there are a few hiccups hear and there, just like some of the L99's putting down sub par power. Car companies screw up from time to time.
This is so true, every car company is going to have snags every now and then, the important thing is you handle it (or don't coughtoyotacough).
