I have a 3" Cat back exhaust. It would be cool for a new Hi-flow Cat setup that was 3" to match the rest of my system. It would be interesting to see what numbers shorties with 3" highflow cats into a 3" system would make.

UPDATE: We need another Camaro to come to our Buffalo store with a stock exhaust. We are going to dyno the car stock, then with our cat-back, and then with the cat-back and HF cats. If you would like to be that volunteer so we can get these rolling, please call Jeff at 905-703-1557. He is the owner and we are willing to work out a great price for you and the install is FREE!!

You should also do a dyno with the stock exhaust and HF cats without the Mach X. That way you'll be able to show people that the HF cats make X amount of RWHP.

That would make a more sense to me. Quantify each piece (I am assuming you have dyno of the Mach X alone) then dyno them together to show a combined effect - much harder to argue with that data.

they should be able to have a reducer available to fit the 3", which is what I would need too.

What would be great is a kit that was slightly longer so you could cut the reducer off cat back and have a true 3" system up to the headers/manifolds.
