Are there too many Camaros in your town

Hardly see any here in San Jose but on a recent trip to Millerton Lake near Fresno I saw 4 on the drive up alone.

Only one in my city with a 2SS.

Gona start taking a big stick with me though to fight off people from leaning on it and looking in it.

Around my town I see a few though they are mostly tourists. IN my town that live here, there are 4-6 of various colors.

I'd say somewhere between 5-10 camaros in wilmington including mine, but there are probly 20 on dealer lots between here and burgaw (the closest other chevy dealer abou 20 miles away).

South of wilmington in the sticks with all the rednecks with lifted trucks, dog boxes, 37foot tall antenna's with tennis balls on the bottoms (to protect the paint covered in mud obviously) and straight pipped vortec powered silverados, you don't see any.

I see a ton of Camaros out and about, but I commute 134 miles a day, so I'm on the road a lot. I've only seen two others in Bellingham where I live (not counting the four others parked at the dealership where I ordered mine) - a yellow one that I've passed twice, and a black one that was parked in the lot at the grocery store.

I'm happy to see a lot of camaros because, that means GM did something right.

And with that opinion, I hope they use the profits and experience from this great car to build a really great Z28.

Not very many in CT; I think it's biased a lot by the winter weather (or lack thereof)

AFAIK, I'm still the only one in my little town (pop. 3600). Oddly, I spent a week in Ottawa driving a rental each day and never saw a single Camaro G5...not one. I am seeing more on the Interstate and cruising in Dallas/Ft. Worth though.

Corvettes are all over the place around here. They sold a ton of those things. New Camaros are just starting to be seen in small numbers.

Savannah GA has tons of Camaros. I see at least 7 a day. It's to be expected. It's a car that was made very popular by a major motion picture and it's affordable. You get great performance for not a whole lot of cash. I think the Camaro is an awesome car but this is one of the reasons why I refused to purchase one. I am happy with my SRT8 although next year I may consider grabbing a used V6 Camaro as a daily driver and keeping the Challenger as my weekend car. My daily driver that I have now isn't quite comfortable.

Living in a coastal community/county, with an aging population, and a seasonal tourist based economy it doesn't surprise me that I may be the only person who owns a Gen5. I have yet to see or meet anyone else who actually lives in the county that has one. In the past year I've seen two in town, actually inside of the city limits, a Black one and a Blue one. One Red one on the hwy leading into the city limits. Two Yellow ones on the closet major hwy which passes through the county..........

This past week-end I visited a local area car show and of the hundreds of cars on display, a pristine Red 2LT owned by a proud young lady from Wilmington, NC was the only one on site.

The dealership she special order purchased hers from is in this county, and they have only one in inventory at a time......its always a yellow one parked in the showroom.

My father-in-law has an orange/white stripes SS and he lives in a town of only 300 people. The other day I saw a black LT with white stripes in the same town, go figure....

I don't see too many in the Spokane area, the majority are black (surprise surprise) seen 4 or 5 of them, there's a gal rippin' around in a SS white/red stripes, a guy in a yellow LT1, and saw someone heading out hwy2 in a ruby the other day.
My husband called me one morning asking if ours was in the driveway because he saw another IBM/silver stripe. Dealer told us he'd only gotten one IBM but there are 2 other dealers within 100 miles so possibly it came from one of them.

Ive seen about 4 Camaros in my town. One of them is my neighbor who NEVER drives his RJT 2ss/rs; it just sits in the garage next to his '68 Camaro...

They are still fairly rare on the streets around here. Maybe because some folks buy them as their sunday car. Once I get mine, it will be my daily driver.
