Start answering everything with TWO WEEKS.......that is what we have done for years.

When answering how far away is the destination when traveling, always answer with 10 miles.

Just something I have done for years on both accounts.

OMG! I think you are working for this company we have developed an interface for. I keep asking when I can move it to production, and I keep getting "two weeks". I have been hearing "two weeks" since early July.

I never say "10 more miles", I always tell them "..be there in about a half hour".

I agree Gretchen... the announcement will be like "It's tomorrow, and we expect everyone to be here".
