Pete. If the new bushings end up breaking the LCA like you think it will, could you just put a stronger LCA in and not worry about replacement or would there just be another weak link exposed in the system that would also need replacing? Cool info. Also, are yall going to be the first to try this type of bushing? Pretty exciting if all this translates to improved performance.

This is all new and not tested by anyone we know of. Some of the people we consult with are cringing while others think it might be exactly what we want. Every time we increase the strength of one component the remaining components become comparatively weaker.

What we want is a bush that has great lateral stability with a free rotating ferule. Hopefully that is what we have come up with. This would be strictly a race part. Without testing I can say it will cause failures in street use based on miles. If the OEM arm is validated to last 150,000 miles our bearing setup would be lucky to last 1,500 miles. For a car that is tracked like the L/28 and Bruce Ramond's Camaro durability past the required weekend competition is not an issue.

Pete.............cheaper than band aids, and trips to the emergency room.

When I was turning wrenches I would use the brown cotton ones.

I just can't get used to them. For safety reason I should wear them, but then again I am in a contest with PQ for the bloodiest mod video.

Same here. It makes it harder to bolt stuff together when you can barely feel the parts through the gloves.

Even #2.99 is coming. PQ is driving him. Are you sure you can't make it?
