My dealer told me the reason I went from 3000- tpw of 8/24 to a tpw of 9/14 was that they ran out of my color-IOM. Is that really possible or is he just jerking me around?

guess I'll still check- he said it could change. Every other 8/24 is at 3300 or 3400.
