Go Karts & AMP

OK who is up for some karting at AMP?

$ 20.00 for one 8 minute session or $90 for 5 sessions.

I am looking at Sunday around 2pm (they are open 12-5 sunday), or maybe Friday afternoon (they are open 1-5).

Sunday is probably better, because the weather is supposed to be nice.

If you don't have a helmet, they provide them for free. Also, you must have long pants and long sleeve shirt, but if you show up with shorts or short sleeve shirt, they will provide a driving suit for free.

Let me know who wants to go and when.

Is the karting on the same track. I know they are having a driving event out there this weekend, there's a link to it up in another post of mine.

Atlanta Motorsport Park Track day!
I wanted to forward this to all you. I had a great time in my stock 2010!

Rick, our event this weekend is Saturday and sunday, from 9 am to 5 pm. Over 3 hours of on track driving time is provided in 25 minute sessions, with in car instructors for novice drivers, classroom instruction, and a whole lotta fun for $399 for both days, or $225 for a single day. The event is held at Atlanta Motorsport Park, the newest road racing track in the United States, and one that is a blast to drive. Registration is at Motorsportreg.com or tracksunlimited.net. Please share with anyone you choose. Thanks Jerry

No separate track, that event will not be an issue. I already talked to amp this morning.

No. Karting has its own track. Really cool track that winds through some of the road course.

Really? So that's why we have it! I let my account lapse while the car was in the shop! When we got the car back we had it for a week! Now it's back! Now I know the reason!
