Checked it after reading my hand writen note on passenger seat to me (blues45th) which I thought was interesting and to the forum. With 5 pages of print out which shows which USB devices won't work right with it but I then checked my radio and still had the same program in it. So not sure what up. Not sure why he didn't just come out and talk to me. Thought it was interesting he put my forum screen name in (). I mean if he is on here and sees me and this shouldn't he see it needs a update? So I spoke to Steve to just ask what's up. He will check tomorrow and wish the service mechanic would have just come to tell me what was up. Oh well. I'm mean someone chime in. What is the newest program I should have n my 2012 . Thanks. And thanks again Dimmitt. Always awesome job. Saw the sales guy while driving out. We traded cards. I would totally refer to them. Awesome staff and service.

The most updated HW/SW versions are DB/DD, so some of these goof off techs say that the part #22797218 in the TSB isn't for the camaro.....what BS.....I've had it in mine for over a year, and all the issues went away as soon as it was installed....BY MY DEALER and under WARRANTEE!

Ask him to look up PI0055B. If he/she can't find it, u might print it off and give it to them if they are receptive. I did and the tech pulled it up on his PC but still did not get it resolved. It took 8 trips to the dealer and several phone calls. The only way I got them to change it was to complain to dealership owner, and I was not happy. 8 trips are asinine.

I don't understand why GM is dragging their feet on doing the right thing.

Maybe they are really Government Motors after all.

Guess ill wait to hear from my service rep tomorrow before I reach out to Brandon at gm. Sucks. I thought I was being nice about it telling them what's up. Guess I have to have someone else do it now. Not how I like to roll. Any help would be appreciated gm??

and Blue, one thing you WILL find out....once you have a BD Hardware PDIM, the dealer doesn't have access to an UPGRADED Software that they can just download into your car, or so we have been told at one point in tome, as its not available, maybe Brandon can get that info for you though, and get it to your dealer. When I had mine done, they had to install the PDIM complete.....IMHO, something tells me that your dealer, unless pressured by Corp. GM, is going to continue to feed you BS.
