So if you take your car to the dealership they'll give you a new set of keys? Does anyone have a pic of the replacement keys? I assume it'll be just like the truck keys with the separate clicker. (at least my 2012 was.)

Everybody kept saying there is no way that someone's knee can actually bump into the key FOB, but GM also mentioned about that ignition shut off will also occur when car is jarred like hitting a pothole or run off the road, so that's something serious, I bet most you had hit a pothole or even run off the road at least one time throughout your driving history

Problem is this is not exclusive to the Camaro my 2014 Malibu has the same key and my knee is much closer to the key in my Malibu then I is the Camaro by about 5". I fully expect my Malibu to be recalled as well but I am not giving up my keys unless GM offers me a push button start or a buy back.

if you have the seat up a few inches and the cruise on with your foot by the seat its very possible

No deaths have resulted from the key in the Camaro, only something like 4 injuries that "could" have been cause from bumping the key.

I'll stand by my original opinion that if your engine stops running for ANY reason, it should not result in instant death...unless you're stupid.

Keeping my key fobs as they are. My knees come no where near the ignition switch on my Camaro and never have. No need for a change here.

It is stuck at the top... of the 'Camaro Issues / Problems | Warranty Discussions | TSB and Recalls' Forum. Not the general discussions.

Also, if this community didn't catch wind of it in over 4 days than this site wouldn't even be worth visiting.

I think the same thing for people who double post on internet forums.
