Hi all! I just bought a 2012 SS/RS Manual 6 Speed, and have put around 500 miles on it. My wife and I live a few miles away from Corning, NY. I have been spending the last few days reading the forums and picking up as much information as possible - I am swamped with all the information out there! I'm interested in picking your brain(s) to learn more about the car and potential mods, and am interested in local events as well. I'll be out of the area for the rest of June on a business trip (Paris France - it will suck, I know), but don't have any huge plans for the rest of the summer. May we join your valiant group?

Only taking the Camaros this sunday to Owasco lake.The starter went on the hot rod last night.Still have plenty of time to get it ready for Syracuse Nationals.

WELCOME to the club.When you get back the best thing to do is meet up with this group,you will see a lot of mods on the cars.that will give you a good idea where to start and what works.

Absolutely! You're in the right place. Please go to page 1 post 1 of this thread under the section 'How do I become an UpstateC5 member?' PM me(click on mclark10 just under that section) the requested info and I will add you to the member list. You can use that list to find and contact members near you. Check that post regularly for events and updates. If you're back by June 30th we have an event at Watkins Glen. There is also a show near Spencer around July 4. Haven't seen any details yet though.

Welcome to the club!!!! As said above you will definitely see different mods on everyone's car. We have shows all summer and informal get togethers throughout winters. Once again welcome
