if you only register with OCC, then you won't be counted as part of the BBOMG gathering, which is indeed separate from the OCC meet. How much of the OCC meet you participate is up to you.
Thanks Colin...if you (Imjaybird) read Post 1 & 2 you would understand it better..These are 2 seperate events...we will spend most of the day(Friday) at the OCC event because of the (Plant Tour) and at the same time enjoying their company & looking at their display of great cars..

Typically GM employees and family can tour any plant. Not sure why this on would be different. It's just not open to "the public". As far as I know, Bowling Green is the only plant that offers public plant tours. Opening the doors to the public at Oshawa is a privilege we should not take lightly.

My father is an employee and he has got me into other plants.

I have been working for GM dealers since 1984... man, I'm getting old.
This will be my first glimpse of the inner works of an assembly plant, the fact that they built my Camaro is a HUGE bonus.

I've read the first two threads many times. I'm gonna find out if my inlaw can get us in for a tour sooner. If I can see the plant without dealing with the congestion that would be fine with me. Guess I'm just a loner.
