I dont suppose they are making any exceptions for us as far as check in time is concerned? I read on their site that check-in is normally at 3:00 and any early check-ins could be suject to an early check in fee. Well if Im arriving at 12:00 on Friday... I'd rather not be showing my car for 3 hours with my luggage in the back seat (3rd gen doesnt have much of a trunk, just a big hole at the far back of the hatch that doesnt fit too much) but at the same time I dont feel the need to pay extra to be able to ditch my luggage in the room either.

There is no special arrangement for early check in. It is always possible as with any other place. If not maybe someone you know on site will let you stick your luggage in their room until you can check in. More than 50 rooms have been booked for Thursday so that is an option for some.
