Hi Mr. Mole.

I know you probably stated this before or perhaps others on this forum but correct me if I am wrong but the production line contains both V6 and V8 models at the same time correct? What I mean is that you do not produce just V6 and then stop to retool for V8 and then start the cycle again. It was my impression that the cars in the production line can be mixed (V6 and V8).

My dealer told me otherwise.

don't know, upwards of 6000 I think.
don't know that either. Anywhere from a week to 46 days and counting (just ask trm)

You are correct V6 and V8 are just options. The cars are all built one after another. It's just like you will get different colours mixed and not a run of one and then another.

I knew my dealer was lying to me about this. He told me the reason I went from 3400 back to 3000 was because of color; he said they do one or two colors at a time and since I ordered yellow, that's bumped me back again.
