Has anyone had this problem? I'm at a dead stop, first gear punch the gas, at about 2500rpm shift to second, clutch sticks to the floor, bad oder of burning. I hit the clutch with foot two or three times and the clutch releases. Help!

Knock on wood I have not had it happen, but I have read about it. Time for you to go see the service department! Use the google part of the search option, there are many results for you to read to get educated before you get fed a line.

Are you talking about the Ballston Spa show this Sunday or the Bath show in September? If you can go this Sunday then we can meet up for the drive over if you want.

has a lot to do with the clutch not having its own slave cylinder and instead using the master cylinder that runs your brakes. when the fluid gets hot pedal sticks to floor. best solution is to get an after market slave cylinder. better brake fluid may help but the slave cylinder is the best fix.

This show is on Sunday in Bath NY at Philips . This is where I work . I have talked to the people putting on the show and they want the Camaro's to come back again , alot of people said they really enjoyed seeing them , So with that said I have set it up to reserve 17 spots for us on the side of the parking lot facing the show field. So yes we can be on blacktop with the cars . I hope this makes it better for us , Please PM with any ?tions and I can start a list , if there is intrest I will ask Mark to add it to the front page . And thanks for taking the time to look.

Jeff

Get a hold of Brian(Bdstealth) he has instructions and part #'s to put in the seperate slave cylinder. I've had it happen once and let my dealer know so it was at least on record in case it happens again. I changed my clutch fluid and put better stuff in and have had no problems since

I've gone to shows more than double that distance. And I may have a v6 but I bet I can still get there under 2 hours.

Haha sounds good, yea I don't mind driving the extra distance, I mean I got the Camaro so I could drive it after all. Hopefully a good number of members will come. Now that Andy is taking a little break idk how I'm gonna get an official Upstate C5 window sticker, I mean I gotta represent if I'm goin to all these out of town shows.

Nate are you talking about Curtis Lumber in Ballston Spa??
I'll be there Sunday, Im going to try to get both the Camaro and Black and White there (if I can get a driver)...
Bring a couple chairs for yourself...I have the canopy.

Get there early because its a very very large show despite the heat.
