Does anyone believe that could be the cause of this noise? Also does anyone that has one of these amazing clutches have the same noise?? Would love some feedback from people that have this clutch! Thank you for your help! Also it's blue and all the pics on the forms the clutch is green probably just a newer color?
I have the triple and it has a real light noise when you push the clutch down. That chatter is very common with multi-disc clutches and lightweight flywheels in general, but it is true that some don't produce the sound and then some are much louder.

Up to you. As far as 1/4 mile runs go you will see advantages from autos when making power. If you are talking about the strength of the transmission the manuals are quite strong.

Mine has no noise when you push it only when in neutral at idle or low rpm first or second gear with the pedal out

The problem is pretty much everything else down the line after the transmission
