Bfast us L99'ers swap in lighter torque converters. I'd be interested in a lighter driveshaft but they are like $1000 I'm personally not that hardcore about this car.
I've personally raced for 20 years have gone low 9's and crewed for a car that has gone 7.22@200. Definitely look for ways to reduce weight every way possible. And these cars start off so heavy that they initially one of the most inefficient cars to race.

Yeah it's all good. But for a M6 you swap in a lighter clutch and flywheel, well, good luck with that in a stock weight car.
Common sense is do easy weight reduction first, and then spend money. I'd do lighter rotors for the right price. So a friend about my weight drove the car over to the Beech Bend scales and said it was 4175 with him in it. Per my weight post a few pages ago, 3980 early last summer. I'll hit some scales again when I swap my 18's back on front and back, but I think even before installing this light battery, I'm going to hit 3870-3900. Let's say 3900. 4175-3900 = 275 lbs. That's from wheels, tires, exhaust, removing some little stuff from the car, no mats, no stuff in the trunk.

Nice, BBC? Quickest we went in the 1/8 was 4.6 but I think he''ll dip into the 4.5's this year and maybe a very high 4.4 by the end of the year.

It's going to be a boatload of fun when you're done. BBNOS is the way to go for durable power.

Thought BB twin turbo would be more durable.

Yeah seems like nitrous runs good in the summer too based on an outlaw class we ran last year.

As far as suspension components, what is everyone going with to help reduce weight? Functionality is of course important and design but weight is a little plus. I know that Pfadt is now out of the picture and they had some good designs and what drew me to them as well was their attention to decreased weight. I've been trying to look for another option suspension wise to help decrease weight. I personally don't really want to give up some creature comforts so I will try with whatever option I can get.
