I Received A Different Letter From GM - Page 8 - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

There sure seams to be no logic as to who was mailed the latest packet. It's actions such as this that cause undue stress to those of us who are actually showing GM the most support. It's not the way to treat the very people who stand behind GM and are still willing to invest our hard earned money in a new product line.

If the department responsible for creating and shipping these mailings needed to ship them in stages, I would have sent the first group to those who were first in line on 10/13/08. Hey, if there is something GM needs us to do, tell us. I'm sure any one of us is more than willing to help in any way we can.

The idea behind this last mailing is great. I'm all for it, and hope I too will receive mine soon.

Ordered 10/25. No letters and havn't heard squat from anyone including the dealer. Maybe I need to make a call.

Soo apparently the code can only be used ONCE to enter the site??? WTF??? I guess it's not going to be used to track our orders?

And it said they'd have information on there and to stay tuned for updates or something of the sort. How the heck am I supposed to stay tuned when I can't even log on again?

Did you have to put in your email address or anything when you first signed on? I thought there was a mention of email address in the letter.
