Yeah but I'm looking into lightweight ones. Maybe a pound or 2 heavier than the stocks. Not like I am going to be tracking it that often. And yes. Mommy and daddy are paying for it.

Usually people who receive everything on a golden platter don't have the know-how to be independent and there fore won't be successful.

Rely on mommy and daddy too much, and once their gone you will be lost not knowing what to do.

Yeah, have fun with that.

Oh that's right, your family had to sacrifice a lot. Just so you can take advantage of them and have them spoil you. (don't think I didn't read your other thread about GTRs..)

:face palm:

Oh, and this will be you someday.

sounds like his folks are investing in their future putting him through med school to be a neurosurgeon. an expensive as all hell investment, but some folks are just wired like that. best thing to be is humble about it all, not everybody is born with a silver spoon in their mouths, so if you flaunt it, it's a good chance all your friends will be shallow, fair weather friends only, when the shit hits the fan, they'll turn you out or forget you every existed.

and 22's aren't going to help that beasts performance, look cool, sure, get you any better traction, hells no. Buy a nice set of 20's (or whatever is the stock diameter), and go as wide as you can and buy the stickiest tires money will buy and a turbo kit upgrade for it. personal feelings of course, it's your mom and dads money, spend it as you will

Anyway, back on topic please. I am sure other members don't want to read of a 19 year old getting a GTR and all this talk of responsibility and showing off. if I could drive stick, I would have gone the corvette Zr1. They are beasts. Plus, I have only seen one around town so they are pretty rare. However, I totaled my 2011 camaro SS and barely survived cause of it's heftiness. I don't think the corvette would have been able to withstand the impact. The GTR is around the same weight, Supercar performance, and is feasible in terms of gas mileage. Plus, all I would need is a full exhaust, and tune, abd be right there with the ZR1. What do you guys think it would take for the GTR to take the Zr1 in a drag?

Did mommy and daddy buy that for you too? Maybe you shouldn't own a fast car.

Just saying, after the things you post there is NO way of getting this thread back on topic...I see it getting locked, just like your last one.

Hell, must be nice having everything handed over to you at 19. I'm going on 20 here and had to work my ass off doing 60+ hours a week at a factory painting military parts, greenheck, ect, in 100-120 degree paint booths to afford my Camaro (MANY people here had to do hard WORK for their car). You can probably imagine how that effects your health after awhile.

No I was actually at a stop sign when it was totaled. As for my last thread, yes I realize it was closed but that was my fault. I began replying trying to defend myself when I realize that this is an online forum to post opinions, experiences, and share advice. Not everyone likes what one has to say. However, I am now asking we please get back on topic before this thread does get locked. As for your reply, I sense jealousy mainly due in part by the fact that you are only a year older than I am. I respect those who work hard for their money. So congrats young sir on your ability to provide for yourself. I also have realized that life is not fair. SO please. Let us move on.

Take it however you want. Still does not change the fact that "haters gonna hate".
