I thought I even saw a flash of red. But then he realized he had no hammer and we explained what to do with 426 HP and he fully came to understand his position in the world.

Lot and I mean lots of photographers today, more thumbs up than any day yet.

There was the guy in the SRT8 who I thought wanted to have a go. For 20 minutes he went back and forth, left side and right. Then I saw his camera.

There were three blonde coeds on their way to spring break. Cameras out both front and rear windows of their SUV. Nice car they screamed. Single men might actually taken advantage of that one. I think Thor was flexing quarter panels for them.

Then there was the motor home full of young men hooping it up and hanging cameras out the windows. Of course I am not sure if it was the car or Mrs. Number 3.

Then there was the middle aged couple in their motor home, full of questions. When, how much what engine. 426 HP I replied. Wooooooohoooooo, now that's what I'm talkin' about he yelled back you would think I just guaranteed Chevy the NASCAR title.

And by the way......

24.0

If the coeds were impressed by Thor's quarter panels, you better not let them get a look at the "drive shaft" or "heater hose". They might just latch on to the rear bumber and never let go.

Thanks again for taking us on another Camaro trip with you Mr. and Mrs. Number 3. I can't think of a better way to keep the excitement going while we all wait for our Camaros to arrive.

any chance you could detour from chattanooga through murfreesboro on your way back? pleeeeeeeeeeeeeease?!?!?! i still ain't been able to see a camaro in person. it'll also help you get 70 more test miles, and you'll get to go through bowling green (and maybe a pit stop/photo op at the museum *wink, wink*)

Some consider Thor to be the equivalent to the Roman god, Jupiter.

Thursday is named after Thor.

And I forget who said it, but I really like "when he drops the hammer, the competition is smoke." So I give my vote to Thor.
from everything i've read, Jupiter was the equivalent to Zeus

and after the 'dropping the hammer' comment, i'll have to go with Thor

Glad to hear you made it down there safely...Georgia's a ***** to drive through...at least you had 426 HP at your disposal.

Smooth sailing from here now though!

Correct, Jupiter is the Roman name for Zeus. I think he was thinking of Mars (the Roman name for Ares).

I haven't had the chance to read other posts and know the destination or the reason you have the car in FL, but can you tell why your here and where you're going? I told my son that the cars coming to FL and he wanted to take the IROC out and see if we can locate the car. Looks like a nice day here in Orlando.

Yeah, sorry, I meant to add, "who is the parallel to the Greek god Zeus." My main point was that Thor was not Zeus' son

I believe Thor is Oden's son in Norse mythology

Indeed, thank you for doing my job for me. I will say that the original name is Tor, and his is Oden. I know since I love Norse mythology, but also because I'm called "Torbjörn" which is a Viking name combining Tor and "björn", which is the Swedish name for "bear". Thus Thor is a most excellent name

And dammit Number 3, I want the car even more after you said the bit about girls loving it!
