i don't know whats going on with the updated workbenches. i guess we'll see.

its only been 2 full weeks at 3000. i realize Fbodfather claimed that wouldn't happen anymore.............but it is. i see some are still there after 4-7 weeks! my dealers looks up every Camaro order he has every morning, and updated us as things progress. i don't think GM is updating the system as often as they were.

anyway, i hope it gets built and delivered soon! that's all i can do for now.

I just called the 1-800 # and they told me mine has made it through QC, and is now ready to be shipped................... she couldn't tell me when it was actually going to ship though!!!.......

This is an IOM car-Pictures don't show the correct color . In person, I could not see any difference in the facia and the body color.
For you QC folks- be glad it is. Mine will have to have this door fit issue fixed by the dealer. They are OK with it and have been SUPER.
Now if those wanting the blacked out effects like my signature picture, the standard RS 20" wheels do not look as black as the chevy order site would lead you to believe. Once rinsed off and no dust, they might turn out better. But a disappointment. Wheels are painted and clear coat and the shop guys at the dealer have a plan already to do a simple black out so it looks like the picture. They are painted and the guys say they can fix it in 1/2 day.
One question they can't answer. Where is the Officail Chevy Camaro welcome book? They thought GM was sending??

I've been at 3000 since 4/14.... Haven't heard from my dealer since then. I keep wondering if they're playing a game where one day I'm going to wake up and have a voice mail from them telling me to come pick up my car, which would be totally awesome except it would kind of tick me off because I would have to rush everything with the DMV and the Bank... Is there anyway to find out my status without my dealer???
