Since you're lowered and have the zl1 bumper, I have a quick question for you. Is driving around with the zl1 bumper and lowered different than with the v6 bumper? Do you have to be more cautious since the bumper is lower?

i am very carefull when i drive cause i also have full length headers and they tend to touch if i dont angle bumps but the bumper i usually dont have a problem with unless its a very steep entry point or exit point and those i do have to angle. If ur going lower then a 1inch drop u might have problems, if u have full length headers. |

Loooks great! Love the emblem placement on your car also. Pops off the white. How was the ZL1 conversion? Been thinking about that as well -

Read your whole thread again and got a couple questions.. how much did it cost to get your short throw shifter installed? Link to one you got? I seem to find a wide range of prices and can't figure out why? May look into the ZL1 front as well, but heard some fitment issues, but doesn't seem to be the case with yours at all. Ride looks sweet. Basically telling me I really need some Halos or Eagle Eyes.
Looking good!

sup brother shifter i bought used from a member on here, so it only ended up costing me $100+shipping. I would highly recommend getting a short shifter though hands down one of my favorite mods. ZL1 Bumper Aaron from autosource can hook you up, not sure where u heard fitment issues, mine was super easy to get on and didnt have any issues. That as well was one of my favorite mods and its super affordable if u go through autosource, they just came out with one that even has the mail slot!!! |
