My wife drove mine last night and I followed in the truck. Seems I have a small rattle with mine also. I could hear it when she took off every time.

Well CRAP! Add mine to the list of failures. 6K miles and muffler packing is hanging out the pass. side. What's to say that a replacement exhaust won't do the same thing. Who did GM contract to build these muflers? There should be a TSB by now.

I took my manifolds off when I got home fromthe dealer and installed full length headers, so my manifolds ar schminty.

It should be stainless steel and not susceptible to burning out like fiberglass used years ago.

Just ran into this on my modified ZL1.
