Can anyone in the Lincoln area tell me if you can still cruise O street or did the city put a stop to it? If they havn't we could get together and own O street for a night. Any other ideas?

We had a customer who did not take their 2010 Camaro from our Sid Dillon Blair location and it is now available for anyone who is looking for a ABM with Ebony interior. It has a MSRP of 36325 and they added Black Stripes and Tinted windows. It is a 2SS/RS with a six speed Manual and a sunroof. If you know anyone looking have them give me a call at 888-721-2448 and I will get them some more info on it. Ask for Bryan.
Thanks

Got mine from Husker at MSRP, although I did preorder it.

So I have a question about the front license plate. In the pics I've seen of the cars on this thread, most don't have a front plate showing. It's my understanding that front plates are required in Nebraska. Did you guys just take the pics before the plate was on, or did you find a way to get around this (retractable plate/ignoring the law)? I've never cared about the front plate thing before, but I really hate the idea of a front plate messing up the look of my new baby (who still won't be here for a few weeks).

It's the law! Because the bracket was already installed when I got the car, and the fact that I'm the one who'd get busted if I even tried it, I'm going to be putting my front plate on. Besides, I don't need another reason for the cops to stop me. Just trying to keep this thing at the speed limit isn't easy! I can see I'll be using cruise control a lot, once break-in is over.

Hey what's up everyone. Finally checking in. Don't have my ride yet but salesman at DuTeau's said she'll be getting here on Monday. 08/24 I'm freaking out over these last two days, but I guess what's two more days when I've already been waiting for three years.

I work for a law enforcement agency in our fine state and yes Nebraska is a two-plate state. That said their are retractable plate brackets that you can install rather than having someone drill holes into the front bumper of you new baby. I would say go that route to avoid getting stopped. Then you can have the plate out when the vehicle is in motion, and tucked away when you are showing it off.

Oh and by the way, go cruise "O" all you want. You pay for the roads too. Plus I'd rather see Camaro's out there than some of the junk that goes by all of the time. Crappy Honda's with aftermarket exhaust and spoilers are just embarrassing.

Nebraksa is always behind the times, plenty of other states do fine without a front plate.

Mine must have fallen off

By the way, let Senator Fulton know that you support LB416 if you would like to see the law changed to one license plate only.

LB 416 was introduced and heard last year in Transportation Committee but was not advanced. It was not killed either and remains in Committee. That means that it can still be advanced and debated on the floor next year.

I have also let Senator Haar know that I'm in in favor of the bill should it be debated on the floor next year.
