Regardless, I think Turn 10 pushed it off to Playground Games to buy themselves time for Forza 5.

Horizon was a good concept but flawed in a lot of ways. Multiplayer being one of them.

Not really. T10 runs on a 2 year dev cycle, so they're sticking with that model. Horizon was MS idea to make more money by having a yearly Forza release. Similar to COD.

I think what he meant is that you can tell that Forza didn't really care about Horizon due to the fact that it was a poor game compared to the other Forza games. There were hardly any cars, multiple flaws and glitches in the game, not a lot of features from Forza 4 made it into Horizon, and after you complete the game, nothing happens. It makes you feel like they kinda just said F it. And ended it there.

I wouldn't call it poor compared to the other games. I haven't played online with it so that's probably why.
