I forgot to add some info about my last track day of the year. I ran Gingerman Raceway again, but this time I had a GPS receiver to use with my track addict app, and I suspected my laps times would be much better, and much more accurate when reviewing the data from the track addict app. I managed a 1:46.9 in the first session on my second lap on some very worn tires. This is funny to me because the first track day I did at this track in this car I ran my fastest time of the day in my first session on the second lap.

This off season I will be doing the front CTS-V brake upgrade as shown above, and also I will be adding some cooling ducts to the brakes. I've been watching a few threads on oil coolers as well. I'm getting some great data from forum members that have been putting a lot of time and money into figuring out the best way to keep the engine oil cool. I will be getting new tires, but I'm still on the fence as far as witch tire to pick. I don't plan on doing very many autocrosses next year as I will be focusing more on track days, and I've been working with a few other guys on a Lemons project that is in the works.

I must say this car is far better then I could have ever imagined, and I'm very happy with my decision to purchase this vehicle. Hope everyone has a safe and happy winter.

The Brake Ducts will move you out of FS in Autocross. Just be aware.

Got the CTS-V 6 piston kit and brake ducts installed. I'm running the quantum brake duct kit, OEM CTS-V Ferodo HP1000 for now, Motul fluid, and Goodridge lines. The only other thing I would like to get before my first track day this year is an engine oil cooler.

what do you have to do for a bracket when putting those calipers on?

Lee's Summit White 2014 1SS, 1LE, NPP, Recaros, Updated Post on #103!

These calipers and rotors are a direct fit. They are the calipers off of a CTSV, and are also the same calipers as a ZL1 Camaro.

I would try the clutch next, but it looks like that's what you're doing.

the caliper will bolt onto the stock camaro bracket or you just need to purchase the cts-v caliper and bracket and it obviously fits onto the camaro hub?

The cts-v caliper (there isn't a bracket) bolts directly to the Camaro knuckle.
