Honestly I do not know anything about making a floor mat.
I do not have the equipment needed for it.
And it would need to start from scratch.

The way I read it: there is a very good floor mat vendor who does have the needed machinery, who is pursuing this. And I would imagine they are fairly well into the approval process. I ordered some Lloyds floor mats for my Camaro and they were nice and thick. Heavy duty equipment is needed for that.

Even to make a patch or something, all of the same things would still apply.
It is not something I know much about. I think they will come through for you.

Alright Roger, I need your help lol!

My car really only has a black/red theme. I'm trying to picture different setups...

I"m thinking: black base, black onyx frame, red 1 and / but it's the LE that's throwing me off. If the base is black, and the frame is black onyx, would you see the LE nicely if the inset was black?

If you use the mirror black on the frame and the flat black in the center of the "LE" you will be able to see it.
Yes, they are both black, but they do not look the same.
Obviously from 30 feet away probably not, but near the car yes you would see it.
They actually look nice together.

I'm in the same boat. I didn't want the blacks to look all one color from a distance so I did the stainless mirror frame, all other colors the same as you have chosen. I only ordered one for now.

If you order yours with the black onyx frame then I'm sure Roger can post a side by side comparison for us in this thread.

Roger,
I want my 1/LE emblem to look exactly (color wise) to the factory Z28 emblem.
What options do I select on your site?

Quick question:

Does the final production version have the sharper corners like your image on page 2?

Thanks

However I can make them either way.

Sharper lines are better.

Hope to place order in few days.

Is there an option to make them all the same size like the older one I have purchased? Didn't see an option for that on your website. Also I see you can change to color of the base color, frame color and insert color of the 1 and the / but you can't order the LE to match, is that right? LE only comes in black and chrome outline correct?

The previous style and this new style are still on the site.
The "LE" portion is available in all of the same colors as the "1/" is.
The only difference is that the "LE" portion is generally not going to have the carbon fiber pattern option "from the site".

However....... We are a custom company. If you do not see it on the site, I can still do it.
We have to set the page up so that it covers the options we think most people are going to want. We cannot set it up for endless possibilities, because no one would ever figure it out if we had so many options it causes confusion.

We have the capability to do far more than the website shows. There are some occasions when customers contact me, if they want things they do not specfically see.

Thanks, Roger
