You sound like me, I don't think I've ever owned a "new to me" car for more than a few days before the windows get tinted, usually I have it done the day after the purchase haha. Even my T&C got tinted out the day after I brought it home!

My friend has one of those and it will take less than an hour to fix but he's been waiting on the part from overseas for 3 weeks....

Same BS we deal with at work with our Komatsu loaders and hoes. Simple little solenoid or valve, 10 minutes to change. Two to three weeks to get it, and quadruple the price of Cat parts. Thank you for your service Sarge.

If you actually read the entire post he made, you will see he made the post to say what a great value the 1LE Camaro is, it just turned into more about his Charger because the comments that other members made. Not that out of the normal to want to talk about a car that you almost bought and still may buy in the future. Lots of people own multiple vehicles, are car enthusiasts for many brands, and have accounts on multiple platform forums to keep up with all the current vehicles they are interested in. I do find you comment funny about him being legit, considering you have only 2 other posts which are both rather generic, and in your profile it states you drive a Ford. Seems legit though.

I don't think the Gen6 is going to improve upon that back-seating much. Considering the car is supposed to be built off a smaller platform to save weight.

Though I do wonder, why not the Challenger? Supposedly the backseats in that car are quite comfortable.

I've been in the backseat of the Challenger and although it's more comfortable because it's wider , more robust, I don't think it has all that much more leg room then my Z.
That's probably Why the O.P. went with the Charger over the Challenger.
Cause although the Challenger and Charger are both Sweet machines I would have to say the Challenger is winning a little bit in visual appearance.

We looked hard at the Z but it again came down to backseat room. Ended up with a Charger Hellcat, so now we're both happy. The point of this post is I really can't believe how much value someone can get with the 1LE Camaro. It seems very reasonably priced for a lot of car.
I hadn't really looked into the models under the Z, but they sure impressed me with what a guy gets in the 1LE package. I paid 46,000 for the Mustang GT Premium in 2013, and I could've been in the 1LE for 2,000 less than that a week ago. The price on the Z was 65,000 for what I looked at.

One thing that sort of bothered me about the Camaros was the interior seemed a bit, ho hum, if that's the term. All in all though, very impressed by these new Camaros, and maybe in a couple years I will revisit the Chev dealer and see if my taste has changed. In no way is this meant to be a troll thread, not my intention. Take care, and keep the shiny side up.
Took a glance over the thread you made, not sure why so many haters etc.

Sweet car. I have a appreciation for all beautiful cars! In the future I would love to have one of these alongside my Camaro!

Thanks man, and I hope to have a Camaro beside my current car in the near future. Come this weekend I will know

As for the haters, I'm just ignoring them now. I'm in your guys' world so I'm not looking to rock the boat. I don't quite understand if reading comprehension is very poor, or I have not made myself clear in terms of "seeming legit" to some people. If I wanted to troll, that is very easy to do. Just talk a bunch of shiz and sit back and watch. Not my intent. Too much of that BS from the keyboard warriors everywhere else on the interwebs.

100% correct. I also favour the much more muscle car look of the Challys, the back seat is all but useless. Just like the car I traded for the Cat. I think the big trunk and extra set of doors is really growing on me now though, from a functional standpoint. Plus, it's fun having a four door sedan that seriously moves out when called upon.

I would like to know your views on your new cat after you get some miles on her. I'm particularly interested cause you use to have manual 5.0 and now an auto hellcat.
So if it's not to much bother when you can please inform us of your likes and dislikes of the new ride. I want to mainly know if your more bored now without shifting. Been contemplating my days with a manual. Think I'm getting to Lazy, Lol. I am a couple years shy of forty, so that must be it. Ha!

Well, the few miles (600) I have put on, I've noticed that whether in paddle shift or full auto, it shifts 10x faster than I could ever hope to. It feels like the CVT trans in my sled, one long gear. I've also noticed tart in my Mustang, which in all reality is very similar to a Camaro SS, or a step below a 1LE, that the power really tapers off around 100-120 mph, or the end of fourth, start of fifth gear. Not so with the Cat. It just pulls and pulls until you let off the go pedal. I've been up to 282 km/h, and just then the acceleration starts to slow down. Anyone can believe me or not, I don't GAS, but it just keeps going.

I leave the trans in full auto 99% of the time, because it always seems to be in the right gear, and with the paddles available, I don't miss my third pedal one bit. I always worried about being in the right gear when a Camaro or Charger used to pull beside me on the highway. I'd see them in the rear view, and start down shifting accordingly. I don't worry about that now. I still love the looks of the Camaro as much as anyone, that's why I was looking at one, but until they get that head snapping, whiplash effect, no matter what speed or gear, I'm happy with what I have. I've also test drove a ZL1, and while very fast, and great cornering, better actually, by a good margin, it really did feel slow.

I really hope this sixth gen peaks my interest, because I do love the car. But now that I'm used to the power of the Cat, it's tough to go back. I realize that for 10k I could have a car that would eat a Hellcat with the ZL1, but I'm not into that. The few days every two months I get to drive the car, I need it to run. Not be on the phone with a tuning shop or a 1 800 number that belongs to the S/C manufacturer.

Thanks a lot Sales, I appreciate it. I'm not here to get in a pissing contest about who's car is better. I love the fact that we are getting the finest muscle and pony cars in history out of the Big Three, and I will love all three no matter what some pu$$y, butthurt clown says. There's always someone faster. I could be reading posts of jubilation in three days that Chevy has answered Mopar's challenge, and I will love it, because the better cars they build, the better cars we all buy.
