UPDATE: Contract

Received the contract this morning and had an issue with it.

The Hotel did not specify the arranged parking we had talked about. It was not in the

contract. I called the Rep. and was told they could not guarantee parking BUT, that

USUALLY the 3rd floor would be available. I said that was not good enough being it

was one of the reasons we were going with that hotel ( other than the rate/room ).

She told me she couldn't make that decision so it had to go to upper managerment.

This afternoon I received a call from the Hotel Rep. saying that the Hotel will

rope off a covered area for our Camaros. Also provide security for part of the night.

Catch: A fee of $5.00 per Camaro . THIS IS NOT PART OF THE ROOM RATE.The fee must be paid 14 days of arrival date.

I don't see a problem with this . I'll pay the parking fee and you and I can

settle on the 5 bucks sometime during the trip.

I'll be receiving an updated contract early next week. I'll keep you all posted

as to when I receive the Code and 1-800 # . AJ

That's sweet. 5 bucks for that piece of mind is worth it imo.

Plans coming together...awesome!

Can you ask if that is something we can pay when we call to make reservations? They take our credit card info and add $5 to it? Might make it a bit easier that tracking down 15 or 20 people?

Hello All,

I need to check my work schedule but if at all possible I would like to join in. I'm in Brazil so checking the schedule should not take too long. I just have to find someone with the correct spread sheet, or add it all up on a calendar. Beyond that, it's just making hotel reservations. After all is deciphered, I'll check back in...

Central Texas Austin area, also looking for some others in my area.... I just gt my Camaro the3 10th of November, right before I came down here... so Brandi is waiting for my return.

I am checking in from the H-Town Camaro Club. Your plans are looking good and myself and probably other HTCC members will join in for the stop in Biloxi. We can co-ordinate your drive through Houston so we can join in the caravan. This is going to be an awesome event and I am sure the Texas delegation will show up in force. Thanks for all the work on the accommodations and looking forward to the final contract details.

As you know I had an issue with parking in the last Contract.

This Contract our Camaros will be in a "Private Covered Area".

This area will be separated from the public. Also the area will

be patrolled by security and has 24 hr. surveillance. ( No Charge -

No Fee ) The room rate is as listed above.

I've signed & fax the Contract back to the Hotel Rep.

Tomorrow I'll receive the Code & 1-800 number for our group.

You then will be able to make your reservations.
