I would remove those registered trade mark symbol unless your paying GM a cut.

As that show intent to defraud when using them, as you are showing you know better and added them on purpose to look legit. When left off, you can claim some ignorance and they often let it slide.

I can get you the info on who to contact if you want to use GM images and logo's and pay nothing, as long as your an established car club that is.
