The deals are out there if you look hard enough. I paid under invoice for my manual LS, and they had a couple of Auto equipped LS's available for just under $20K advertised when I was shopping.

Some dealers are stuck at MSRP or even tack on markup. Don't even try to deal, just find another dealer. The dealer I visited had their cars advertised significantly under MSRP and were willing to deal on top of that.
