FedEx showed up with set number two today and they were bent up also. Sent them back again.
Hi Droid,

Were the end of the pipes flattened (opposite end to the mufflers)? After seeing my pipes and reading a few comments, I think this might be "normal"! The packaging wasn't damaged and both pipes were flattened the same way.

I ended up taking the rounded end of a hammer to them and making them circular.

Cheers!

The first set were flattened but were also scraped up from being dragged on the cement. I'll post a pic of the set that came yesterday.

I wasn't home when they came and told my wife if anything was wrong with them to send them back. The first pic shows the dent in the pipe and that once again it was scraped on the cement and the second pic shows where it looks like the people at FedEx made a nice whole in the box so they had a nice handle to carry the box. The first set was almost flat but this set wasn't that bad but I'm over the days of trying to fix something I just paid nearly $400 for.

When I got mine they were a bit D shaped but I just took them to an exhaust shop and they put them on the spreader. 3 seconds later they were perfectly round. No charge. I'm not the kind of person that can handle the wait of letting UPS take them back to the supplier and wait for the supplier to send a new set. Especially when it's an easy fix.

I thought about taking them in to be fixed but my luck I would have to pay for it. I have plenty of patience and that's why I'm going to just get a refund and buy from somewhere that doesn't use FedEx.
