The 2SS comes with the Conv/Conn package, so you can get rid of that. Right now there is no way of getting the polished rims with the RS package, so you may have to remove that as well. Also, it doesn't look like you're adding the $750 destination charge...

Hats off to GM on the pricing, I paid 35k for my 02 SS six years ago, except the price of the 21" wheels ouch.

If I remember correctly, the college grad discount is about the same as the supplier discount, which isn't listed, but is somewhere between MSRP and GMS.

So the grand difference between dealer invoice and dealer price is that the holdback or is holdback on top of that?

The ss comes with 20's are 21's worth 4k more. For me, no.

I inquired about Supplier and Employee pricing with GM, and this is what I received back:

Thank you for contacting General Motors and for your interest in the 2010 Camaro!
We appreciate the time you have taken to write us.

At this time, we do not have information on whether the 2010 Camaro will be an eligible
vehicle for our GM Supplier Discount or our GM Employee Discount. As we approach
the release date of the Camaro, you may want to check with those departments directly
by visiting the “Contact Us” section of http://www.gmsupplierdiscount.com or http://www.gmemployeediscount.com.
The 2010 Camaro is scheduled to start production in February 2009.

Additionally, it is at the dealerships’ discretion whether they participate in either
of these programs. Because of such, we suggest checking with your preferred Chevrolet
dealership to determine whether they will accept these discounts for the 2010 Camaro
should the vehicle be eligible. To locate a dealer in your area, please use our
dealer locate tool on http://www.chevrolet.com.

At General Motors, we strive to provide exceptional customer service. If we can
be of any further assistance please email us or call 1-800-462-8976, Monday through
Friday between the hours of 8am to 9pm Eastern Time, and Saturday 9am to 6pm. Thank
you for contacting General Motors!

Sincerely,

The General Motors Marketing Team
http://www.gm.com

You have received this e-mail advertising GM products and services in response to
your recent request for vehicle information. Please visit http://www.gmcontactpreferences.com
to opt out of receiving future e-mail messages from General Motors.

Well this looks more promising than yesterday. Mostly if you can find a way to get the employee discounts. The options really arn't that bad, the 21" wheels like everyone has said are a little insane, but mostly everything is not too bad. Still wish the base price for the SS was a little lower, but i guess for what you get not too bad. The V6 is the steal of the whole line, the prices are almost perfect on it. Can't wait to see them on the road.
