Sounds great...JohnVS did a little video with just the V6 Shorties and they sound pretty deep for the V6 car!

No CEL from any of the first 5 customers...at least if so, nobodys made it public. I haven't had one call on it yet. Remember, the cats are staying in the same vacinity and postion so there really shouldn't be any more issues reguarding the CEL even with the increased airflow since it's proportional.

All I know is those rear ends (diffs) in the Automatics are fugly looking things. Been thinking of detailing the one under my Stick equipt V6. I've spent WAY too much time underneath this car. I guess it is 35 years of pent up frustration of not having a Camaro that has done this to me! LOL!

so how much extra HP is this going to give the car? and is it better to go with long tube instead of shorties?

About 325hp @ engine if your upgrading from stock to dt headers and mrt 1.0 . I've now had mine installed for three days and its absolutely awesome!! The DT headers will get you up to 23 more hp at the engine (13rwhp) with the combination of a good CAI so up to 335hp not calculating the CAI itself into the gains. Adding a Injen Longtube CAI would tally you up to 352.9hp on paper @ the engine.

So proud of my purchase! BTW, you wont be getting CEL with DTs.
