I am checking right now. I know most of the HTCC bunch will be in attendance, in spite of the weather conditions.

Will post up if I am able to get a response.

2nd Annual Camaro Nationals - Called Off

Sorry everyone but we have to call off the Camaro Nationals today because of foul weather. The HTCC will still have our monthly meeting at the HPE facility for those that can and want to attend. More info on a future event date will be posted later.

Well....

A few of the San Antonio Gang braved the weather to no avail... Darrel made it to the track, and four of us were on the way when we were notified that the event was cancelled due to weather...

Thanks to the H-Town Camaro Club for the invite. I was really looking forward to seeing some of you guys again, and meeting some more of you... Next Time...

Thanks all HTCC...

UPDATE::
As we all know the event has been cancelled. It will be rescheduled at a later date. HTCC will be getting with Hennessey to try and coordinate a date that works with all parties.

Thanks for all that attempted to come out. Sorry for those that made the long haul to no avail and hope to see you guys out when the weather is more cooperating!

Guys,

It would have been good to see our friends from the San Antonio area. Sorry you made the trip or were on the way for no good reason. We were hopeful for a great event and watched carefully as the weather worsened through-out the day. We had to pull the plug around 2:30 PM as it became obvious the event would be rained out. At least you were able to be in "GREAT" company and were at the wheel of your Camaros.

WE will be rescheduling and will post-up the new dates once we work out the details with Hennessey. Thanks again for your support and we hope to see you guys later.......................

Great call Chris, getting the cancel notice out. Hopefully the folks traveling got the message in time or at least knew what it was coming. We really want the out-of-town folks in attendance, so hopefully they will understand.
Also this may open up the doors for those who couldn't make it and get us some nice cool weather...

Also great that you all still had a nice cruise from H-Town and held the monthly meeting at Hennessey as planned.

New dates are in the works and will try to stay away from the other car shows and SEMA. I'm hoping for Oct 30th...

Woodlands car show is Nov 6th
San Antonio car show is Nov 13th

any others?

Couple people in attendance mentioned not having it the day before Halloween for various reasons. Just thought I'd mention.
