hey Hub... we went and saw the memphis belle a few weeks ago also... they guys were out there working on it and let us get in and walk through it all... pretty cool!

we need to get some of that are local and ride over there to the varsity one night!

If it's a weekend, or maybe even a week night, I might be interested. Dawsonville is about 45 minutes from me!

playing with photoshop for the first time...its not easy.

It's a sucky background removal but now I see why everyone asks for a bright background so its much easier to remove it....i traced this one around dark and it was tough.

I called myself teaching myself how to use it with no manual.....not happening

Ummm I don't know what forecast you're looking at, but there's no rain in sight until Friday! I just spent the past 4 hours washing and waxing!

Traded in the wife's vehicle today for "one" of the ugliest cars on the road...an all-electric Nissan Leaf. Had a friend on Saturday show his, and did the math for me. This is not someone's only car...it gets 100-120 miles between charges in town. But for a 2 year lease and after federal ($7500 towards car) and Georgia ($5000 tax credit), the payments will be $100 per month and add in about $40-$50 for electricity, and we're still saving $50 per month just on the gas ($200 per month). That leaves the lease costing nothing, and $50 in my pocket at the end of the month. We were paying almost $700 per month on the Highlander on a 0% loan, plus $200 for gas. How could anyone pass that up as a second car? We still have my Silverado for road trips. Ugly car though.

Is this for a daily commuter or more like an upgrade from a golf cart? I have a relative in Peachtree City that bought a NEV a few years back. Like your's the tax credit covered about half the purchase.
