My car isn't SC, so the pirelli tires did very wheel for me in the dry and especially in the wet. Did a couple wet track days with a couple sets of pirellis with good success, but again, I don't have a SC.

I would be interested to hear how those tires do for you.

Love those wheels TLSTWIN Looks great

Wish I could afford a set of the 1LE/ZL1 black 10-spokes.... but I may end up getting a set of the Factory Reproductions, depending on how they turn out since they are a bit less expensive. They are going to be slightly different but hopefully still give the same overall look.

In the meantime, I may just get my current wheels semi-gloss black powdercoated.

Thank you.

If they would have had the FR wheels ready, I would have gotten them in Chrome as well. I just couldn't wait until May or later. I needed to get my car ready. I will most likely be doing my first track day in April already.

I also wanted to see LG's reproduction wheels, but again, I can't wait that long.

Yeah I've looked at the LG ones as well but don't like the ZR28 cast into the wheels and the price is still fairly high. If I was going to spend that much then I would just get a real set!

Would love to get my car out on the track... wasn't there a track in Michigan you said you go to?

Didn't know they were still putting the ZR28 in the wheel. I thought that was only when they looked just like the OEM ones.

Yes, I have done Mid-Ohio (Lexington, Ohio) a couple times, and Gingerman Raceway (South Haven, Mi) once last year.

Plan on hitting those tracks again this year, as well as trying out Nelson Ledges (Eastern Ohio above Youngstown) at least once to try it.

I just added the SC this month. The Pirelli's did NOT do well for me in the wet/damp weather. I have Pfadt trailing arms, BMR toe rods, Pfadt sways and everything else.. those pirellis did not work well for me if there was any moisture around.

I will definitely let you know on the vredesteins.

2010 Camaro SS modified extensively. I stretched the body to make it a 4 door, but I swapped in the 3.6L DI V6 for fuel economy. Then I picked up a corvette body around the V8. I also swapped the body for a C2 Z28. (In short I traded it for three cars, a Corvette Z06r, a C2 Camaro Z28, and a Cadillac CTS Summer Performance package 3.6L DI with Aisin 6spd.)

Oh yes it did, here is a video of it. It does no justice though. Im almost deaf in my right ear and it was loud enough I had to cover that ear except when I took the video.
