Summer is on it's way, which means I am finally released from the "one thousand things in 120 days" as my wife called it.

It looks as if I have missed quite a bit, such is life. I just clicked 3700 miles today (only took 8 months). Haven't touched the car much this winter, got my CAI 3 weeks ago, love the old 4 barrel sound now. Car is slightly more responsive, and of course sounds great.



Waiting on a few more goodies to arrive in the coming weeks, mostly cosmetic. I have decided to postpone tearing into the the engine until at least 10,000 miles, which at the rate I'm going will be sometime in 2012.

Well off to finish a few last things, look forward to seeing you all again in the coming months.

Just to prove I havent wrecked it or sold it...

I got this from my friend Jack at the Valencia Octopus Car Wash. It would be great if we could get some of our Camaros to show up!

I just wanted to let you know that we have scheduled another car show here at Octopus car wash for May 8th, 2010. Cars/trucks/bikes/etc.; will start rolling in around 11:30AM and will start rolling out around 4:00PM. We don't do trophies and there are no registration fees. That is because this is for the community and we want everyone to be a winner, so all entrants will receive Free Passes for Free fountain drinks and a Free Full Service car wash which can be used anytime on any vehicle. We have a show vehicle capacity of about 50 on the asphalt. There will be off-street dirt-lot parking for overflow and any non-entrant visitors who do not want to take advantage of our great "Car Show Detail Specials".
If you are a business such as a new car dealer, motorcycle shop, Hot Rod, Restoration Shop, or Race Track, and would like to showcase your latest Hot Item, call or email me (R.S.V.P.) A.S.A.P. so I can reserve your space. This can be a real opportunity for you to show off a new chunk of muscle to some potential buyers. You've got nothing to lose but a few hours, and everything to gain. The only way you lose is if you don't try it!! Like the old saying goes, "try it, you might like it!" Remember to R.S.V.P. me A.S.A.P. because reserved space can fill up really fast. Small vendor space is also available so if you'd like show off something that would be of interest to the car & bike enthusiast, call me a.s.a.p.
