My wife and kids are coming in Friday afternoon. She will have her own car though so she knows she doesn't have to hang around if she doesn't want to.

I posted this on the Facebook page earlier.
On Saturday March 2nd. Be sure to visit the Give Kids The World Table. They will have charity car ribbon magnets for $5.00 each. For each $5.00 you spend you will receive a special raffle ticket. Later in the day the charity will draw 1 winning raffle ticket. That person will take home this very very rare fully autographed framed poster from the Oshawa Camaro build team. More than 90 members of the build team signed this poster including Michael Judge . Along with the poster is a framed personal letter from Mike. Only 2 of these posters full autographed exist. So this is a highly desired poster in the Camaro world. We thank Mike & the entire build team for taking the time and effort to send this down for the event. Now let's raise a bunch of money for the charity. Good luck all. |

Put the finishing touch on the wife's '13 2SS/RS yesterday for the rally so we're ready for the fun!
BTW, the weather is looking good for no rain but the temperatures look lousy for the weekend. |

Ok all. Several of us organizers met with the resort today. One thing of importance. For those planning to come early on Thursday. The rally lot will not be exclusively ours until later in the afternoon. Also early check in. Before 4pm isn't really advised. It may be possible but, you most likely will end up in a room not near the rest of the group as several buildings are blocked off for us and again the lot will NOT be exclusively ours until later in the afternoon. Next. At the security gate let them know you are with the Camaro rally when you arrive. The check in buiding is 4 stop signs up on the right. The rally parking lot is at the end 5 stop signs up on the right.
The resort will have burgers, dogs, chips, sandwiches & full bar in the rally lot during the rally. Also the resort restaurant will be offering a 10% discount to all rally attendees. Simply tell them you are with the Camaro rally. |
